Important Compatibility Notes: The OPTICAL port supports up to 5.1-channel audio only—it does not support 7.1 or downmix 7.1 audio. Older HDMI sources such as PS3 or Xbox 360 may not be compatible and could cause audio loss. The OUT TV (eARC) port must be connected to an eARC-compatible TV; some monitors that lack eARC may not work. Samsung Q-Symphony is not supported. For proper operation, connect stable 5 V power, and set your TV’s eARC = ON and Audio = Bitstream/Pass-Through.
