4-Stage Intelligent Charging and Cooling FanThe 24v charger utilizes a 4-stage intelligent charging technique (pre-charging, constant current, constant voltage, and trickle charging). It automatically adjusts the voltage and current according to different charging stages. When the battery approaches full charge, the 24V battery charger automatically switches to trickle charging mode, charging with a small current to avoid overcharging the battery. The built-in cooling fan effectively reduces the charger`s temperature, ensuring its stable operation.

7 Protection Functions for Safe ChargingThe forklift battery charger has 7 charging protection functions, including overheat protection, reverse polarity protection, no-load protection, short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and maximum charging time protection. When a protection function is triggered, the indicator light goes out and the charger stops working to protect both the battery and the charger and ensure a long service life. If the charger temperature exceeds 65°C (149°F), the yellow light turns on and charging stops. The charger resumes operation when the working temperature returns to normal.

Voltage/Current Display and Charging Status IndicatorThe 24v pallet jack battery charger is equipped with an LCD digital display screen, which can monitor the voltage and current values during the charging process in real time. Equipped with 3 indicator lights (charging indicator, fully charged indicator and alarm indicator) to indicate different charging statuses. Under normal operation, the red light stays on. When the battery reaches a full charge state, the green indicator light turns on, and the charger automatically shuts down with no current output. It is convenient for you to check the charging status at any time.
